Home-made Ravioli filled with ricotta cheese and spinach, served with cherry tomatoes, pomodoro sauce, parmesan, basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
Gnocchi al gorgonzola
Potato gnocchi with a creamy dolcelatte sauce, chicory and topped with crunchy walnuts.
Baccala alla Siciliana
Pan fried cod in a white wine sauce with olives, cherry tomatoes, red onion, potatoes and capers served with green beans.
Pan fried pork escalope served in a spicy pomodoro sauce, cherry tomatoes and roasted potatoes.
Roast beef served with a balsamic vinegar reduction and pan fried mixed vegetables.
